I help B2B companies in automotive and energy tech scale securely — from smart charging platforms and embedded control systems to virtualized ECU testing and cybersecurity validation. As Business Development Manager for e-Mobility & Smart Charging solution for a big software development company in Romania and Eastern Europe, I work with OEMs, Tier 1s, and infrastructure providers to implement secure, scalable embedded systems — integrating simulation-based workflows, ISO 15118, and predictive energy strategies. In parallel, I'm actively involved in academic research in the field of renewable energy, as both a researcher and lecturer at Politehnica University of Timișoara. My focus includes advanced control algorithms, real-time simulation, and the integration of photovoltaics and storage into decentralized energy grids. The insights and models developed through this academic work are then translated into practical, scalable solutions — implemented directly in real-world energy and e-mobility platforms. I also contribute to the development of AI-powered energy platforms that leverage AI algorithms to forecast consumption, manage local PV and battery systems, and ensure adaptive control under cybersecurity constraints. These platforms are built with scalability and industry integration in mind, aligning with evolving grid standards and digital resilience requirements. Cybersecurity is central to my work — designing secure architectures for embedded ECUs and energy platforms, aligning with ASPICE, ISO 21434, and cybersecurity-by-design practices. ASPICE-certified, with hands-on implementation of process standards in automotive-grade software development.
