With a career spanning more than 20 years across executive, consulting, and business development roles, my journey has taken me across diverse geographies, from the USA and Germany to the Netherlands and Russia. Nowadays, I use my skillset and experience as outsourced sales expert, serving and consulting a diverse clientele from many parts of the world.
A large part of my corporate journey happened inside Fluor, where I served for 13 years in various capacities within their Engineered Products and Power Services branch (called Stork). My roles extended beyond the realms of conventional sales, encompassing international business development, merger and acquisition (M&A) preparations, post-acquisition integrations, greenfield subsidiary foundations, and intrapreneurship.
Within Fluor, I took hands-on sales and sales management roles, first with responsibility for the US and Canadian regions, later within the region Germany-Switzerland-Austria.
Based on my successes in these activities, I received an opportunity to set up Stork’s new office in Moscow, which I led for 8 years, achieving strong growth in regional equipment sales over there.
Since 5 years now, based in Cologne, Germany, I focus on serving European, American, and Asian industrial companies in marketing their capital goods and engineered products locally.
